Jaime King and Sennett Devermont pack on the PDA… amid her bitter divorce and custody battle

Jaime King has been enjoying some romantic outings with the new man in her life, Sennett Devermont, since the summer, amid her bitter divorce from estranged husband Kyle Newman.

And the new couple were all about sharing their Saturday together, which began with a casual walk, where they packed on the PDA in a suburban Los Angeles neighborhood.

Along the way, they stopped and grabbed some smoothies and snacks at a local Urth Cafe before heading out on shopping excursion at Target.

The pair locked arms and looked lovingly into each other’s eyes during their stroll down the street.

King, 41, opted for casual-cool in the fashion department in black, flared slacks that came down to just above her ankles and slip-on shoes without any socks.

She also wore a navy-blue and pink hoodie and a black leather cap as the Southern California sun glared down.

King and Devermont also showed their affection for each other by holding hands while making their way down the sidewalk.  

The social justice–minded entrepreneur kept it casual in black sweatpants, a black jacket over a white shirt and a black baseball cap.

With the COVID-19 pandemic raging across the Golden State, the couple made sure to wear protective masks whenever they were in the vicinity of other people.

At one point, the former Hart Of Dixie star pulled her mask down to smoke a cigarette, all while keeping pace with Devermont.

The businessman is best known for creating the Mr. Checkpoint app, which encourages users to film police officers during all traffic interactions.  

King filed for divorce from Newman in May and alleged that he had abused her during the last five years of their 12-year marriage. She also filed a domestic violence prevention petition and was granted a temporary restraining order against him.

In a counter-claim, Newman described his estranged wife as an addict and alcoholic who has endangered their two sons: James, seven, and Leo, five. 

Just last month, the Fanboys director filed for sole physical custody of their two children in November, where he claimed he has been ‘the children’s primary caretaker since their birth’ and that the children ‘have spent the large majority of 2020 in my sole custody.’

A representative for King maintain Newman’s lawyers ‘filed selectively redacted documents which perpetuate a false narrative about Jaime’, and that her priority is the well-being of their boys.

The former couple had been married for about 13-years when divorce papers were submitted earlier this year.
