Jacqueline Jossa has voiced concerns that she is suffering from heatstroke.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the actress, 27, bemoaned the sweltering UK heat – which saw temperatures rise to 34 degrees Celsius – and stressed that she was finding the heat ‘unbearable’ and exhausting.
Heatstroke, also known as sun stroke, is a severe heat illness that results in a body temperature greater than 40 degrees Celsius and causes red skin, confusion, headaches and dizziness. The NHS suggest ringing an ambulance if suffering.
Stress: Jacqueline Jossa has voiced concerns that she is suffering from heatstroke
Jacqueline shared the selfie video, in which she looked into the camera and said: ‘This weather is a killer I’ve had to come and sit inside. I’ve put clothes on because I’ve got a zoom call literally in 10 minutes…
‘Had I not have had the zoom call I would be nacked. Continously, all day. It’s just unbearable. I feel exhausted. I think I’ve got heat stroke or something. I’m just so hot. It’s just too much.’
Heatstroke starts with heat exhaustion, which according to the NHS, is usually not considered as serious if you can cool down within half an hour.
If someone has heat exhaustion, they should be moved to a cool place, laid down with their feet slightly raised, hydrated with water and cooled down with a cold pack.

Prior to her medical woes, Jacqueline enjoyed a family day with her husband Dan Osborne who has returned from a trip to Turkey where he underwent dental treatment and was showcasing his pearly whites.
The couple, who share daughters Ella, five, and Mia, two, appeared in good spirits as they bonded during the outing, with everyone larking around for the camera, while little Mia did her best impression of Scooby Doo.
Last week Dan left Jacqueline at home with their children in Essex while he whisked his mother and a friend off to the Anatolian peninsula for a three-person round of dental work.
Not only are they using Katie’s dentist, they’re also staying at the same resort she has just returned from, after breaking both her feet on holiday with her new boyfriend and two of her children.
Talking to his followers from the pool of the five-star Akra Hotel in Antalya, Dan said: ‘I’m here getting a couple of my teeth done at the back
‘My mum is getting so much work done and my mate Sam is getting a full set of gnashers and I bought them out to Dental Centre Turkey.
‘The treatment is unbelievable. I’m more than happy with mine!’
