Jacqueline Jossa and husband Dan Osborne hand-feed LION at the zoo

She impressed fans with her survival skills in the Australian jungle during her stint on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, going on to be crowned last year’s winner.

And Jacqueline Jossa, 28, proved she truly has a penchant for partaking in daring activities earlier this week, when she was seen hand-feeding a lion at the zoo.

Taking turns with her husband Dan Osborne, 29, the former EastEnders star fed the large cats slabs of meat through a cage during a visit to the Paradise Wildlife Park in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire.

Having a roar-some time: Jacqueline Jossa was spotted hand-feeding a lion during a visit to the Paradise Wildlife Park in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, on Wednesday

Staving off the inclement weather with a light grey quilted coat, the brunette beauty donned blue gloves and a slate-coloured face mask as she performed her task.

With a staff-member staying close to the star as she kept a diligent eye on the process, Jacqueline attracted a small crowd of onlookers as she fed the lion.

Also wearing a quilted coat, former TOWIE star Dan soon followed suit, looking cool, calm and collected as he provided sustenance to the caged cat.

A day after their outing to the zoo, the couple looked as smitten as ever as Jacqeuline shared a loved-up snap from their family day out on Thursday.

The actress and her other half planted a smooch on each other’s lips in the sweet shot, which she captioned: ‘Sometimes I just want to squeeze you.’

Their snap appeared to have been taken during a recent family trip to a local skating rink, as the couple try to keep their kids, daughters Ella, five, and Mia, two, and Dan’s seven-year-old son Teddy, entertained in the run-up to Christmas.

They both cut a casual figure in matching grey padded jackets for the outing, while Jacqueline highlighted her pretty features with soft touches of make-up.

While Dan appeared to appreciate her romantic sentiment, he did comment on the size of his head in the snap, and wrote: ‘My head looks f**king massive… is it really that big!? love you x.’

It comes as Jacqueline shared her sadness when her West End debut in A Christmas Carol was cut short earlier this month due to Tier 3 restrictions being implemented in London. London has since been plunged into Pier 4.

The Dominion Theatre show was forced to shut in line with the rules after Jacqueline starred as Emily and the Ghost of Christmas Future in the Christmas classic.

Sharing a picture of herself and co-star Lucie Jones on earlier this month, Jacqueline wrote: ‘I have made true friends for life, I miss this show already. So so much.’

She also shared a snap outside the theatre and said: ‘A dream come true. I didn’t realise how much I needed to be creative and act again. I will make sure I do more next year. I have had a wonderful year this year, so many opportunities and fantastic work moments.

‘The feeling this show gave me ended this year on such a high, that I intend to bring with me in 2021 and keep me motivated and inspired.

‘To do more great things. Make my family proud and make more dreams come true. Feel the fear and do it anyway.’

The new show was a festive stage adaptation of Charles Dickens’ famous novel, with Brain Conley taking the lead as Ebenezer Scrooge and Jacqueline Jossa playing a female Ghost of Christmas Future.

Jacqueline is widely known for her TV role as Lauren Branning on EastEnders.
