Karl Stefanovic, 45, is offloading part of his extensive property portfolio. 

Just weeks ahead of his pregnant wife Jasmine Yarbrough’s due date, the Today host has placed his lavish Mosman mansion on the rental market for $3,250-a-week.  

Karl purchased the five-bedroom pad in 2017 for a rumoured $7 million, amid his divorce from Cassandra Thorburn. 

He has since lived there with his new wife Jasmine. 

The opulent home, which is close to Taronga Zoo one of the suburb’s most exclusive streets, has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen and finishes which wouldn’t look out of place as an foreign ambassador’s residence.  

The property, which covers 715 square metres, also boasts a spacious living area, indoor fireplace, backyard patio and a swimming pool. 

An attic visible from the exterior adds a unique charm to the family-friendly home. 

The home’s exterior brims with colonial charm, thanks to its ornate gates, landscaped hedges and stunning water feature. 

Property insiders claims Karl and Jasmine have been on the hunt for a house to buy in the Mosman area in recent weeks ahead of the impending birth of their first child together in May, Realestate.com.au reports. 

Karl confirmed on Friday last week that they are expecting a baby girl, telling 9Honey: ‘We are really excited… Our whole family can’t wait to meet our little princess.’ 

According to the listing, the property is available from March 19.
