Holly Willoughby’s husband Dan Baldwin has launched a new TV firm with The Repair Shop’s Jay Blades.
The TV producer, 45, has set up a joint firm called Hungry Jay Media with Jay, 50.
According to The Mirror, Talk TV heard Dan wants to get Jay presenting a number of shows and both names are down as directors for the new firm.

Dan’s company Hungry Bear Media makes high-profile TV shows such as Celebrity Juice and Michael McIntyre’s Big Show.
Jay, meanwhile, is a furniture restorer and presenter originally from Hackney. He is best known for presenting BBC’s The Repair Shop and Money for Nothing.
A source told the publication: ‘It’s bound to turn Jay into an even bigger star, given Dan’s success as a TV producer.’

Jay said: ‘If someone like me can front a hit BBC1 show, so can others from similar backgrounds. I feel excited to team up with Hungry Bear. I feel at home.’
Dan added: ‘We see this partnership as a long-term collaboration of creativity and social conscience. We can’t wait to reveal what we’ve been working on together’.
It comes as it was revealed Holly earned an impressive £2m last year, thanks to her This Morning and Dancing On Ice hosting gigs, as well as various other endeavours.

The presenter, 39, owns an 80 percent share in a company she runs with Dan – Roxy Media Ltd.
Records for the firm show her 2019 earnings – with £1.5 million in the bank after shelling out £407,850 in Corporation Tax, according to The Sun.
The publication reports Holly’s ITV presenting gigs earn her around £600,0000-a-year thanks to her This Morning and Dancing On Ice gigs.
On top of this, Holly charges £25,000 for speaking engagements.
She also has ad deals with household retailer Dunelm, as well as the likes of M&S and Garnier.
