Grant and Chezzi Denyers are ‘in talks’ to star in a reality TV show

Keeping Up with the Denyers? Grant and Chezzi are ‘in talks’ to star in a reality TV show about their chaotic family life

He’s had a string of television shows get cancelled over the years.

And Grant Denyer is now reportedly looking to turn his own personal life into a reality show featuring his wife, Chezzi, and their two daughters, Sailor and Scout.

The Denyers apparently decided to approach TV networks about the idea after their podcast series It’s All True? became a quarantine hit.

‘It would make sense for the Denyers to film a reality show and have cameras following them around in their hometown of Bathurst,’ a source told New Idea.

The couple certainly aren’t shy when it comes to sharing embarrassing details about their marriage, parenting and health issues on social media.

And their young daughters are also ‘little performers who love entertaining’, making them perfect additions to the show.

‘If Ten haven’t thought about it already, they should. Plus, Grant doesn’t appear to have too much on his plate at the moment,’ the insider said.

It comes after Grant recently addressed the cancellation of Dancing with the Stars on Network Ten.

‘It’s what happens in television,’ he told The Daily Telegraph earlier this month.

‘The only gigs that are a certainty is reading the news or hosting a morning breakfast show,’ he continued.

‘They’re the only bolted-on industry jobs; for the rest of us, shows come and go. It’s just the nature of the beast.’

Grant explained that he feels shows like Family Feud and Dancing with the Stars are ‘cyclical’ and will ‘no doubt come back somewhere else further down the track’.

Dancing with the Stars, which Grant hosted alongside Amanda Keller, was axed by Channel 10 last month.
