Former Bachelorette star Georgia Love looks chic in a white dress as she reveals her wedding to fiancé Lee Elliott is still on – despite Victoria’s ever changing covid-19 restrictions

Georgia Love recently revealed to fans that she’s planning on getting married to fiancé Lee Elliott next month. 

And this week, the former Bachelorette star revealed their wedding is still on, despite the uncertainty that surrounds weddings and events amid the coronavirus pandemic. 

Georgia, who is based in Melbourne and who has been forced to postpone her nuptials in the past due to Covid-19, responded to a fan comment on Instagram saying that she hasn’t had to cancel their big day again.

‘Sorry to hear you had to cancel your special day again, Covid sucks,’ one follower wrote. 

Georgia replied, saying: ‘I haven’t had to yet.’

She also teased fans about what she will look like in a white dress on her big day, as she posed up in a chic white minidress.

Georgia showed off her trim pins in her frock as she promoted the new Moulin Rouge! musical.

Currently in Victoria, after the strict lockdown ended, weddings can take place with no limit on guests in commercial venues. There are restrictions for home gatherings.

Earlier this month, Georgia spoke about her big day and said she’s tying the knot in March.

‘After this one, there won’t be any new Valentines for me. That’s the plan, anyway, because I’m getting married next month!’ Georgia eagerly announced in a column for Stellar.  

‘So now, I close the book on the traditional Valentine’s part of my life. But don’t get me wrong, I will still celebrate this mushy, commercial, silly holiday every year and 100 per cent expect flowers from my husband forever,’ she cheekily added.

‘Love is literally in my name. He knew what he was getting into.’

Planning their wedding has been a difficult journey for the lovebirds, who met on The Bachelorette in 2016.

Speaking to The Herald Sun in September, she said: ‘We have set a (wedding) date next year and are forging ahead hoping it is going to happen as we want it to.’

Appearing to get closer to their big day, Georgia claimed their mini vacation to Queensland’s Noosa in January marked their last one before their honeymoon.

Both Georgia and Lee have since held respective Hen’s and Buck’s parties.
