Gal Gadot reunites with her Wonder Woman 1984 cast on Zoom to celebrate co-star Pedro Pascal’s birthday

Since birthday parties or any large gatherings aren’t possible due to the coronavirus outbreak, Gal Gadot took to Zoom to celebrate her co-star Pedro Pascal’s birthday.

The 34-year-old actress took to Instagram on Thursday to share an image of her Zoom party, celebrating Pascal’s 45th birthday.

Also joining in on the fun were co-stars Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig and director Patty Jenkins as they celebrated.

‘Happiest birthday @pascalispunk!! We love you so much!’ Gadot began, with a plate of cupcakes seen in front of Gadot’s tablet.

‘It was definitely a new way to celebrate but even when we’re not together we’re always close at heart! ❤️ love you,’ Gadot concluded.

Pascal is one of the newcomers to join the cast in Wonder Woman 1984, which was originally slated to hit theaters on June 5, but was ultimately delayed due to the coronavirus.

Wonder Woman 1984 takes place in 1984, where Diana Price/Wonder Woman (Gadot) finds herself battling two new enemies.

The superhero squares off against media mogul Maxwell Lord (Pascal) and former friend Barbra Ann Maxwell, a.k.a. Cheetah (Kristen Wiig).

Pascal has been keeping busy on the small screen as well, playing the title character in the heralded Disney Plus series The Mandalorian. 

Filming has already wrapped on the second season of The Mandalorian, which is expected to debut this fall on the Disney Plus streaming service.

He also has two movies in post-production, director Robert Rodriguez’s We Can Be Heroes with Priyanka Chopra and Tropico with Morena Baccarin and Willem Dafoe.
