Taking it off: Melissa Lucarelli is considering having the prominent mole on her face removed, despite it being one of her most recognisable features

Standing in a consultation room, the sunglasses-clad star shared footage of her cosmetic nurse injector, Benoite, explaining the procedure.

‘So, today we’re going to remove a couple of raised moles onto Melissa’s body, and that’s mostly for her to sort of test out what it feels like in the lead up to maybe sometime soon, remove that big one here,’ she said.

She then gestured to the mole on Mel’s cheek, with the former reality star calling the prospect of having it removed ‘exciting’.

Mel rose to fame during her appearance on last year’s season of Married At First Sight.

‘The experiment was challenging – emotionally, mentally, physically and the environment and situations you are put in are extreme,’ she added.

And Mel said if she had her time over, she ‘probably wouldn’t’ have ever gone on the series, but confessed she can ‘look back and laugh’ about it now.
