And the food writer discussed her eclectic style and revealed her fashion essentials in an interview with Who magazine on Monday.
The 38-year-old said: ‘I do love fashion as a mode of self expression, and I appreciate it for being wearable art.’

She explained that depending on her mood, she will either opt for a minimalist outfit or a maximalist ensemble.
Melissa has certainly impressed her fans with her bold and classic outfits, seen both on MasterChef and on her Instagram account.
Some of her best looks include a yellow and black kaftan teamed with a cockatoo headpiece, as well as a red blazer with a matching silk top and pink sequin trousers.

While the fashion-forward foodie is known for her eye-catching outfits, she said that ‘well-made classics’ are always in vogue.
‘What never goes out of style for me, are well made classics. I like to try and spend more on less, in that regard,’ she explained.
Fashion fiend Melissa also revealed her wardrobe essentials.

She said: ‘A great trench, jeans that make you feel like a million bucks, a chic winter coat, a dress that always makes you feel comfortable but amazing, cool shoes and of course killer accessories that can elevate any outfit.’
