Farmer Wants A Wife’s Sam Reitano reveals he found love with a fan after quitting the show

He may not have seen the show out to the end, but Farmer Wants A Wife’s Sam Reitano revealed he still managed to find love.

Discussing his relationship status during Monday’s finale, the 28-year-old tropical fruit farmer revealed he’d found love away from the glare of the TV cameras.

‘Her name’s Kirsten. She liked one of my videos that was posted for the show, and we got in contact with each other,’ he explained.  

‘We started talking, and eventually we met up. We’ve been on a couple of dates. She’s even met my parents.’ 

He added: ‘She’s probably been the best thing that’s actually entered my life… She’s amazing! She’s absolutely amazing.’ 

His revelation left the show’s host, Natalie Gruzlewski, wide-eyed, with Sam then introducing Kirsten to the other farmers and their partners.

Confessing she fell for Sam’s ‘smile’, Kirsten said she’d visited her beau on his farm, and while it was still early on in their relationship, things were ‘good’.

‘He makes me smile and that’s important,’ she shrugged.

Importantly, Sam said his family already ‘love her to bits’, and Kirsten admitted she would happily move to the farm to be with him.

‘So this is really serious!’ said Natalie, 43, with a sheepish Sam admitting he was falling hard for Kirsten.

‘Honestly, I can’t go a day without talking to her. She’s been the best thing that’s come into my life,’ he confessed.

Added Kirsten: ‘He’s a good guy. He has the purest heart I’ve ever seen.’
