Married At First Sight intruder bride Kasey ‘KC’ Osborne spent almost a decade living in Hollywood – a fact she mentioned numerous times on the show.
But fans were shocked to finally hear KC’s slight American accent in a video shared to Instagram on Tuesday.
The clip, which was a throwback from 2019, saw the 31-year-old performer speaking with a slight Californian-twang as she addressed a class of young dance students.

As KC did not have an accent on Nine’s program, viewers were confused by the hybrid Australian-American accent.
‘Did you have an American accent??? Didn’t notice on the show,’ and ‘I didn’t know you had an American accent?’ were questions posed by fans in the comments.
Others suggested it was simply a ‘hybrid accent’, adding: ‘You have a combination of American and Aussie accent.’

The video was taken when she was a guest teacher at a Sydney studio in May 2019 – five months before appearing on MAFS.
‘My REAL life outside of #mafs,’ KC told fans in the caption.
While she did not respond to the comments about her disappearing accent, she told fans she’d host a virtual dance class next week for those who were interested.
