Eurostar to reopen direct services to Amsterdam on July 9 and Disneyland Paris on August 2
- The routes have been closed since March as a result of a drop in demand
- Eurostar said travellers must wear a face mask and trains will be ‘deep cleaned’
- Fares are from £40 one way to the Netherlands and from £39 to Disneyland
Eurostar is to restart direct services from London to Amsterdam and Disneyland Paris in the coming weeks.
The cross-Channel train operator announced it would resume its Anglo-Dutch route from July 9.
Although direct services will run to the Netherlands, passengers travelling in the reverse direction will need to change trains in Brussels, where passport checks and security screening will be carried out.

Eurostar will restart its services to Disneyland Paris from August 2.
The routes have been closed since March as a result of a drop in demand caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
Eurostar is offering more flexibility on all its fares, enabling passengers who book throughout the rest of the year to alter their travel plans up to 14 days before departure without a fee.
The firm said all travellers must wear a face mask as part of additional hygiene measures.

Passengers will be seated ‘at a safe distance apart’ and trains will be ‘deep-cleaned’ before every journey.
Fares are available from £40 one way to the Netherlands and from £39 to Disneyland Paris.
Eurostar said that for passengers planning further ahead, tickets will go on sale from July 2 for travel over the Christmas period.
Bookings are now available up to January 31, from £39 each way.
Eurostar offers direct services to Paris, Lille, Brussels, Rotterdam and Amsterdam.
Strasbourg, Bruges and Cologne can be reached with a simple connecting journey.
