Eric Balfour takes wife Erin Chiamulon and son Oliver, one, out for a spin in family cargo bike

Eric Balfour and his family caught a bit of fresh air while social distancing.

The 24 actor took his wife Erin Chiamulon and their one-year-old son Oliver out for a spin in a family cargo bike in Los Angeles this Tuesday.

While the 42-year-old Haven star was in charge of driving the contraption, Erin and Oliver got to sit up front in the box.

The actor and the fashion designer got married in the Pacific Palisades in 2015 and welcomed their baby boy two years later. 

Eric posted an encouraging Twitter message to his fans Sunday evening amid the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.

‘Last thought for the night. The next 8 weeks are going to be hard but we will get through this. Be smart, be kind, be calm,’ he wrote.

‘There is an opportunity here for us to learn to help each again, to be neighbors again, even if we can’t touch. #KeepTheVibesHigh #coronavirus’.

On Monday he shared: ‘When stocking up for #SocialDistancing…If you see something labeled “WIC” please chose another brand. People who rely on WIC products to feed their kids cannot. We’re all in this together’.

The US Department Of Agriculture runs WIC to help low income breastfeeding and pregnant women, as well as children under five, get food.

Its full name is Special Supplemental Food Program For Women, Infants, And Children, with the end providing the acronym.

Alongside his acting career, Eric is also a singer for the band Born As Ghosts, and he and Erin have an active wear line called Electric & Rose.

This year he had a recurring role on the 2018 CW reboot of Charmed, the original version of which ran from 1998 to 2006.
