Emotional Jackie ‘O’ Henderson admits she is lonely and ‘doesn’t go out’ as she complains about the single life after Samantha Armytage’s engagement
Radio presenter Jackie ‘O’ Henderson doesn’t seem to be enjoying the single life.
She spoke about her dating woes on The Kyle and Jackie O Show on Monday while discussing Sunrise anchor Sam Armytage’s recent engagement.
Jackie co-host Kyle asked her rather bluntly: ‘Why aren’t you being romanced?’

A glum-sounding Jackie admitted that it was because she doesn’t ‘go out’ and meet with single men.
‘I haven’t gone out a lot to be honest since I’ve been single,’ she said.
A sympathetic Kyle then asked if it was because she was ‘too miserable’.

‘No, not too miserable. I don’t know what it is, Kyle. I don’t know what it is,’ she replied, sounding quite upset.
Jackie said she had been going out regularly before COVID-19 lockdowns, but these were mainly ‘fun, crazy nights’ with friends.
‘I wasn’t looking for the love of my life,’ she added.

Jackie has been single since splitting from her ex-husband Lee Henderson two years ago.
The former couple, who share custody of nine-year-old daughter Kitty, announced their split in October 2018 after 18 years together.
‘Lee and I decided to separate,’ she said on The Kyle and Jackie O Show at the time.

‘It’s not a decision we took lightly at all,’ she added.
‘We have been so lucky that our separation has been extremely amicable. And I know everyone says that, but we actually have remained really good friends throughout all this.’
Lee is now reportedly engaged to jujitsu instructor Gabriella Motta, whom he began dating after his split from Jackie.
