Radio star Em Rusciano saves her son Elio’s hair in an envelope as he gets his very first haircut
Radio star Em Rusciano took her one-year-old son Elio Rusciano-Barrow for a haircut on Friday.
And to mark the milestone, the 40-year-old saved a lock from her baby boy’s hair as a keepsake.
Em shared a video to Instagram on her son sitting on her lap while getting his hair trimmed at the hairdresser.

In the footage, the radio star is pictured placing a lock from his blonde hair into an envelope.
Elio starred at himself in the mirror as he sat in his mother’s lap while the hairdresser cut his hair.
Em welcomed her adorable baby son, Elio, in January 2019 with her husband Scott Barrow.

The pair have been documenting life with Elio since welcoming him into their lives last year.
Shortly after giving birth, Em shared a photo of the newborn, along with the caption: ‘He’s here! Elio Arthur Rusciano-Barrow. 3.5kg, totally gorgeous and practically perfect in every way.’
The Melbourne-based star joyfully said at the time: ‘Our hearts are bursting, he’s just magic!’

Em later uploaded another adorable image of baby Elio swaddled in a blanket as they engaged in skin-to-skin contact.
Husband Scott was by her side during the delivery, and was seen in another picture wearing blue hospital scrubs and a pair of pink Birkenstocks.
It’s not the first child for Em and Scott – they already share two daughters, Marchella, 17, and Odette, 11.
