Elisabeth Moss teases possibility of Mad Men reunion via Zoom

Her latest movie Shirley has been released on streaming platform Hulu as well as being available on demand as the coronavirus pandemic continues to keep movie theatres shuttered.

And in an interview to promote the film, Elisabeth Moss teased the possibility of a Mad Men reunion via Zoom.

The actress told Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday: ‘Maybe we have had some discussions about this. I don’t think I am in a position to officially share anything. But, yes, we are aware that people are doing reunions and we’ve never done one, which is so crazy. We really all haven’t been together in five years. So I’ll just leave you with that.’

Following Mad Men, Moss landed the leading role in Hulu’s The Handmaid’s Tale.

Hulu announced in mid-March that filming on the fourth season would be put on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic.

And in an interview with TV show Extra last month, Moss explained that the production team is trying to figure out a time frame for resuming.

‘We were only two weeks in, so we actually have an entire season to shoot,’ said the actress who also serves a producer on the award-winning series.

She explained: ‘We want to go back to work because families have people to support and rent they need to pay, but at the same time no human’s life is worth a TV show. We’re just trying to figure out how to do it safely for everybody.’

Moss is set to make her directorial debut with an episode in the new season.
