Elisabeth Moss was seen filming the fourth season of Hulu’s dystopian drama The Handmaid’s Tale in Toronto, Canada on Monday.

The star looked worse for wear during the shoot, sporting bruises and cuts around her left eye.

A bundled up Moss made her way off a tugboat to meet up with co-stars Samira Wiley, who plays her best friend, and O.T. Fagbenle, who plays her husband, while the cameras rolled.

After filming the scene, the Mad Men talent wandered behind the cameras to chat with the crew.

Despite the cold, she seemed in good spirits, seen smiling after the dramatic scene.

Production on season four halted in mid-March due to the coronavirus pandemic. The show picked filming back up in September.

This season will feature new faces, namely 14-year-old actress Mckenna Grace, who will join the cast as the teenage wife of a much older Commander.

Moss has several projects beyond The Handmaid’s Tale, which is based off of the 1985 Margaret Atwood novel of the same name.

She’ll team up with Hulu once again for the true crime drama Candy, according to Deadline.

The project is coming from the minds of The Act writer and co-exec producer Robin Veith. It’s set to be executive produced by The Act co-creator Nick Antosca.

The limited series is based on the true story of murderer Candy Montgomery, who killed friend Betty Gore in Texas in the 1980s.

Moss will step into the role of Montgomery, a seemingly perfect housewife whose decision to have an affair spirals into chaos that eventually leads to her friend’s brutal death.

The actress will also exec produce alongside Lindsey McManus through their Love & Squalor production company. Antosca and Alex Hedlund will executive produce via their production company Eat The Cat.
