Following Sharon Beale’s confession to Linda Carter that she had been poisoning Ian prior to his disappearance, Linda has a stern proposition for her friend on EastEnders.

In Friday’s instalment of the BBC soap, Linda [Kellie Bright] will gamble her family’s wellbeing as she confronts Sharon [Letitia Dean].

Linda was left furious with Sharon, after she let Linda’s late relative Tina [Luisa Bradshaw-White] take the blame for Ian’s [Adam Woodyatt] woes.

Convinced Tina isn’t dead – after she was supposedly murdered by Gray Atkins [Toby-Alexander Smith] at Christmas – Linda demands Sharon help uncover the truth.

At the Queen Vic, Linda puts forth a proposal for Sharon, knowing Sharon craves the Carter family’s forgiveness.

The proposal is said to be linked with Linda’s husband Mick’s troubles. 

Mick [Danny Dyer] moved out of the pub as he dealt with his childhood abuse at the hands of Katy Lewis’s [Simone Lahbib].

Finally finding the courage, he goes to the police about it, telling Linda afterwards that he misses life at the Queen Vic.

Meanwhile, the mystery surrounding Tina’s alleged death rumbles on – with actress Luisa Bradshaw-White spurring on speculation that her on-screen character is not dead.

Viewers believe her death scenes weren’t definitive , and that she will suddenly reappear.

And on Thursday, actress Luisa told her Instagram followers that she was on her way to work – leaving them to believe she was heading to the EastEnders set.

She posted a selfie in the back of a car with the caption: ‘Got dressed. Put makeup on. Went to work. Yippee!!!’ [sic]

This led to comments from her followers, such as: ‘EastEnders work???’

Another posted: ‘Went to work?! Is Tina dead or not?! I need to know!!!! Or have u just got a new job already?’

Fans are desperate for Tina to return and expose her would-be killer Gray, who also murdered his wife Chantelle [Jessica Plummer].

The lack of a body has left them hopeful – and viewers only saw Tina being dumped into the car. The moment she was ‘killed’ was not shown.

The Carter family have enlisted Phil [Steve McFadden] to help track her down.

Meanwhile, Gray was seen soliciting a homeless woman with money, who looked suspiciously similar to Tina.

With Shirley Carter [Linda Henry] seemingly cottoning on to Gray’s last interaction with her sister Tina, it seems the killer is resorting to new measures to cover up his crimes. 

What Linda’s ultimatum for Sharon is will be revealed on Friday 12 February at 8.10PM on BBC One.
