It’s back to business as usual for this Victoria’s Secret catwalker, who posted another workout video to her social media over the weekend.

Devon Windsor paraded her slender and fit physique in a 15-minute ‘quickie’ workout clip on Saturday, in a taupe two-piece set that showed off her toned midriff and a hint of her bust.

Windsor, 26, greeted her followers in a cross-legged position, before taking them through a rigorous routine of planks, let raises and donkey kicks focused on strengthening the abdomen and gluteals.

The model wore a sports bra-style top that was unzipped all the way, paired with matching leggings. 

Her accessories were rings, earrings, bangles on her wrist and one gold bangle around her neck.  

Devon wore white ankle socks.

Her famous blond locks are parted in the middle, and secured in a ponytail. 

In the caption, the runway star explained that her impetus for posting the new video was the positive reception she saw from fans after she posted her last workout video ahead an at-home swimsuit shoot for her line Devon Windsor Swim.

And although she writes that she ‘made this one 20 minutes long,’ it seems to get cut off at the 15-minute mark, while she is in the middle of one of the exercises. 

The model’s video, which is branded in the corner with a graphic of the models initials DW in lowercase, is shot in her gorgeous, light-filled living room in Florida.

The workout itself, which Devon recommends mixing with cardio before or after, started off with plank exercises and what she calls ‘sky kicks,’ which are especially effective in strengthening the derriere.

Soon after, Windsor is on her side for much of the rest of the workout, arranged in a Jane Fonda-style lounging position for various leg raises focused on the hips.

And aside from the planks at the beginning, very little focus is paid to the abdominals.  

At one point, Devon’s husband Johnny Dex is heard off-camera asking where the dog is, and after she responds, Johnny gives her an admiring whistle.
