And Demi Rose flaunted her toned stomach in a serene throwback snap on Instagram on Monday. 

The model, 25, wore a patterned bikini top with black bottoms as she posed in a luxury resort during her recent holiday to the Maldives. 

She sported a sheer floral cover-up as she touched one hand to the side of her face in front of a flower bed. 

She left her long locks hanging in a braid down one shoulder as she held one hand out and closed her eyes. 

The brunette beauty simply captioned the post: ‘Zen’. 

Demi shared another eye-popping snap from her Maldives holiday on Thursday as she posed in a thong bikini. 

The model wowed as she posed on a beach swing in a white thong bikini which revealed her pert posterior.  

Demi’s trip to the Maldives was documented in forensic detail with the model sharing a series of stunning videos and snaps from her time in paradise. 

She recently proved her stunning look doesn’t come easy as she took to Instagram on Wednesday to reveal how she hones her peachy bottom. 

The Birmingham-born beauty used the help of her favoured aesthetician Shane Cooper to bust cellulite as she underwent a treatment while sporting a thong. 

Demi lay on a bed while Shane used a wand to remove the cellulite, while she added the tune of Fleetwood Mac’s 1977 hit Dreams. 

Despite her enviable jet-setting lifestyle that most people can only dream of, the social media star recently revealed that she has struggled with her mental health this year after losing both of her parents. 

Demi lost her father Barrie Mawby at the end of 2018, with tragedy striking again soon after when her mother Christine passed away in June 2019. 

In September, she emotionally discussed how she copes with her ongoing grief on Sky News with Kay Burley, in a bid to raise mental health awareness on World Suicide Prevention Day. 

The lingerie model said: ‘Well, my mother, when I was 17, she had a heart attack which caused a stroke and it left her disabled. 

‘Then in 2018, my dad passed away from cancer, then my mum, after being sick for so long, she passed away from a stomach infection. So it was really hard.’

On how she deals with the grief, Demi said: ‘I mean, it was really difficult, I’ve gone through stages of feeling my worst and now I’m at a place where I feel a lot better. It just takes time really.

‘I have some amazing friends and I do meditation. I have a lot of faith, so I pray and sound healing. I love sound healing.’
