Demi Lovato calls new boyfriend Max Ehrich an ‘angel’ on Instagram as he cuddles with her dog

Demi Lovato’s new boyfriend already seems to have a good rapport with her nearest and dearest.

Max Ehrich took to Instagram to share a sweet snap of himself cuddling with the 27-year-old singer’s dog Batman.

Demi commented the snap featuring the 28-year-old actor and the Maltese mix with: ‘my angels [heart eyes emoji].’

The Cool For The Summer hitmaker loves her pets as she heavily features Buddy and Cinderella on her social media as she even showed them off during an appearance on Miley Cyrus’ livestreamed chat show Bright Minded last week.

Max’s post came just days after the Sorry Not Sorry singer stumbled into her Young and the Restless star beau’s Instagram Live video.

Max was serenading fans on the piano when Demi sidled up behind him to wrap a blanket around her new man’s shoulders. 

 

Ehrich, 28, seemed to instantly recognize Lovato’s, 27, error, urgently whispering, ‘I’m on live! I’m on live!’

Demi quickly lifted the blanket to cover her face and scurried out of shot.

A stunned Max clapped his hand over his mouth in amused shock. 

Lovato was suddenly single after her brief fling with Austin Wilson ended three months ago.

But it appears the singer-songwritermight have found a perfect match with a new man in her life.

She’s dating Young and the Restless star Ehrich after exchanging some flirtatious comments on Instagram and being spotted out together in Los Angeles, according to new reports. 

The 27-year-old met Ehrich, 28, ‘met a few weeks ago,’ a source told Us Weekly of the couple. 

They were spotted together last week putting on a friendly display while shopping for groceries at Erewhon in Calabasas.

He put his disposable rubber gloved hand on her back as they both sported surgical face masks. 

They’ve since been on quarantine, Ehrich taking to Instagram Tuesday with a black-and-white shirtless photo.

‘When u realize u should’ve packed more for your quarantine stay,’ he wrote, to which Lovato responded: ‘Fine by me.’

Fans also assumed that a video he posted later that day of himself singing Coldplay’s Yellow was for her, as he captioned it: ‘4D <3.’

Earlier this month, he posted a video of himself singing Mario’s Let Me Love You, captioned ‘to my <3,’ to which she responded with the teary-eyed and heart emojis, followed by his heart and infinity emojis. 

Lovato’s ex Wilmer Valderrama, whom she dated from 2010 to 2016, got engaged to Amanda Pacheco in January. 

The former Disney star has shown her support for them, even referencing them with a bride and groom in her recent I Love Me video.
