Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman looked like they were having a great time when getting a vegan dinner together on Tuesday evening.
The 71-year-old Cheers vet smiled as her estranged 75-year-old husband – who is the new Jumanji film with The Rock and Kevin Hart – followed behind when leaving Crossroads in Los Angeles.
The two split in 2017 but have not yet divorced because they feel they don’t have to she has said in the past.

‘I’m not getting divorced,’ the actress told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live in October. ‘That’s not in the picture, no, no, no. Not happening… What for? We do live separately. We see each other a lot, too.’
They wed in 1982 when his TV series Taxi was on the air. It was just two years before his blockbuster film Romancing The Stone with Michael Douglas and Kathleen Turner came out.
They have Lucy, 36, Grace, 35, and Jake, 32.

And he is still a good friend of hers.
‘Danny and I have always loved each other and we have three amazing children together,’ she said.
‘And we really agree on almost everything important and so, you know, we were together for 40 years.
‘Forty years is a long time!’ she added. ‘You might have to do something else! It’s OK!’

The two split in 2012 and looked headed for divorce but then they got back together in 2013.
And now that they are only friends, she feels that they are in a better place she told Cohen.
‘It’s much better [now] because all the tense stuff is gone,’ she said. ‘It’s not in your face. I’m not in his face. He’s not in mine.’

It was hard on the kids at first, but they have worked it out.
‘There was a hard transition through the kids and everything but everybody’s got a good relationship with Danny and with me and with each other and that’s all we care about,’ said Rhea.
And the Poms star also said that they talk very often these days.
She also talked to the New York Post in 2018 about the split.
‘There’s a lot of love and history,’ she offered. ‘We agree on enough things, so why [ruin] that with the yucky things that come with a divorce?’
And in March 2019 he told People: ‘We’re friends. We’re happy. Everybody’s happy.’
The two met in 1971 when she caught his performance in the play The Shrinking Bride.
Two weeks later they moved in together in NYC and they wed in January 1982.
She appeared on Taxi and they made the film Matilda together.

They separated for the second time in March 2017.
On Tuesday both were dressed casually as they left Crossroads.
Rhea had on a leather jacket over a white shirt and skinny jeans with boots. At 5ft she is the same height as Kourtney Kardashian.
Danny was in a a dark sweater over a blue dress shirt with dark blue slacks and sneakers.
New Jersey native Danny came to fame as the taxi dispatcher Louie De Palma in the television series Taxi (1978–1983).
And he made a plash in moves with Throw Momma from the Train (1987), Twins (1988), The War of the Roses (1989), Batman Returns (1992), Get Shorty (1995), Matilda (1996), Mars Attacks! (1996), L.A. Confidential (1997), Man on the Moon (1999), and most recently Dumbo (2019).
Rhea was on Cheers with Ted Danson from 1982 to 1993.
Her films include There Goes The Neighborhood (1992), Canadian Bacon (1995), Carpool (1996), Sunset Park (1996), and Matilda (1996) with Danny.
