And Christine McGuinness found a novel way of passing the time on Friday as she balanced upside down while taking part in a new TikTok challenge.

In the new video, Christine is seen leaning over against a wall, while using her legs to crawl up the opposite wall into a sitting position ‘upside down’.
She then released her arms and crossed them over her chest, before stretching them out to the sides.
While showcasing her flexibility, Christine also flaunted her incredible figure as she rocked a brown and white striped crop top and matching hot pants.
The mum-of-three’s taut midriff and toned legs were on full display as she took part in the fun challenge.

Last year, Christine, who is mother to twins Leo and Penelope, six, and Felicity, three, said she considers exercise to be her escape.
She told the Manchester Evening News: ‘I don’t do it to lose weight or look a certain way, I do it purely for my own self. It’s cheaper than therapy.
‘I was worried at the beginning how I was going to fit it in, but I go as soon as I drop the children off at school.
‘My confidence has grown and I feel great. ‘It’s like an escape, then when I pick the kids up I’m refreshed and completely focused on them.’
