Chloe Goodman shared a sweet Instagram photo of herself nursing her baby daughter Isla to mark World Breastfeeding Awareness Week on Monday.

The Ex On The Beach star, 27, who shares her little girl with QPR defender Grant Hall, 28, gazed adoringly at her three-month-old in the cute image as she detailed the ups and downs of her motherhood journey.

In a candid message, the first-time parent said she was initially so anxious about breastfeeding in public that she didn’t leave the house, but now feels confident to do so after adopting a ‘new attitude’.

The model was every inch the glamorous mummy as she sported a black bodysuit at for their family outing at a fancy restaurant.

Sharing her breastfeeding experience, the CBB star said she first found it difficult to juggle her life with her new duties.

Chloe explained: ‘At the beginning I found it extremely hard, as magical as it is, it’s also relentless. 

‘I’d be lucky if I could quickly grab a shower, in someways lockdown came at a perfect time, as it meant I could fully focus on my baby girl and establishing a good milk supply etc.’

The influencer revealed how she’s managed to adjust to her role, adding: ‘I remember thinking if it doesn’t get any easier how will I make it past 6 weeks! 

‘I’m happy to say Isla is now 14 weeks and I’d say from 8 weeks onwards it became a lot easier, as the bigger she got, the more milk she could take in, meaning she wasn’t attached to me all day and night and I could actually start to feel myself again instead of a milk machine. 

‘I absolutely love breastfeeding my baby girl now, I used to get anxiety about feeding in public so I didn’t leave the house. 

‘I decided I couldn’t let becoming a mum turn into something negative and Isla is my biggest blessing and the best thing to ever happen to me.’

She went on to explain how she’s began to unapologetically embrace being a mother and encouraged her followers to follow suit.

Chloe ended her post: ‘So with my new attitude I decided that I would breastfeed wherever and whenever my baby girl wanted.

‘If it’s offensive to anyone they can quite simply eat somewhere else or better still mind their own business and not look and stare. not only is it uncomfortable it’s also kind of creepy. 

‘To all my fellow mummas please put your little one first before caring about what strangers think. Your mini me’s are the most important and always will be #freetheniple.

Chloe had a difficult pregnancy after needing to have a cervical stitch – a common treatment for woman who have had previous cervical surgery – and suffering from severe anxiety as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. 

The brunette revealed how the message behind her little one’s name in an interview with Closer magazine back in May. 

She said: ‘My partner chose Isla and I thought it was beautiful and a lovely classy name. We chose Elizabeth as that’s my middle name and it was my great-grandmother’s. It has been passed down the whole family.’
