Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra renew vows after celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary

High school sweethearts Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra still look like newlyweds while renewing their vows after hitting their fifth wedding anniversary in August.

In an emotionally charged teaser for Teen Mom OG upcoming eighth season, the 27-year-old mom and her husband, 28, can be seen dressed in all-white with flower leis while professing their love for each other on a Hawaiian hillside.

The reality TV veterans first shot to fame in 2009 when they appeared on the series 16 and Pregnant and showcased their difficult decision choosing to put their baby girl up for adoption.

The longtime partners are raising two daughters, Novalee, 5, and Vaeda, 11 months, and are currently trying for a son, according to a MTV press release.

Last year the couple went on a trial separation, which they told E! News only made them closer and helped to rebuild their relationship.

‘I feel like we’re always strong,’ she told the outlet in June. ‘I think that we just go through bumps and it makes you stronger as a couple too, but yeah, we’re in a really good place,’

'Him and I, when we went through that trial separation period or whatever, we worked a lot on ourselves as individuals, but also ourselves as a couple,' Catelynn told E! News. 'I learned a lot of things for myself during that period of time in my life'

During this rough patch, they lived in respective quarters and found solace in therapy to work on their communication skills.

Last February, the pair gave birth to their youngest daughter after suffering from multiple miscarriages leading up to her last pregnancy.

While this season shows a united front in the Baltierra household, that’s not the case for all the returning 16 and Pregnant alums.
