Carly Waddell plans on passing down her engagement ring to daughter Bella following Evan Bass separation: ‘One day you’re gonna get it’

The Bachelor vet Carly Waddell has revealed she will be passing down her engagement ring to daughter Bella following her separation from husband Evan Bass.

In a video posted to her YouTube channel, Carly asked her daughter to decide which one of the dresses she wore on The Bachelor to save or throwaway.

After trying on the violet frock she wore getting engaged to Evan – which Bella determined was a keeper – Carly told her daughter she planned on giving her the engagement ring.

Though it was not the original Neil Lane ring Evan proposed with in 2016, the gift was still incredibly significant.

‘I got a ring when I got this dress — well, actually, it’s a different one because I returned that one and switched it — but one day you’re gonna get it,’ Carly told her toddler.

‘I’m gonna give that ring to you. Isn’t that cool? I don’t need it anymore.’

Bachelor Nation fans were certainly in for a treat watching Carly try on a range of memorable looks worn on The Bachelor and Bachelor In Paradise.

Bella was tasked with determining which ones to keep or throwaway by flashing a signs drawn with an unhappy or smiling face for her mother.

Understandably, Carly was hopeful her daughter would want to throw out the engagement dress.

‘Is it bad that I just not want her to like this one?’ she asked the camera with a chuckle. ‘I actually got this on Aruba, when I was working on a cruise ship.’

Bella gave the look her seal of approval, smiling from ear-to-ear at the sight of her mother while flashing the happy sign.

‘You like it?’ Carly asked her daughter, who nodded.
