Brooke Burke posts sexy workout video as her ex husband David Charvet hits the beach with model

Her ex-husband David Charvet recently enjoyed a PDA-packed beach day with model Oksana Rykova.

But Brooke Burke was determined to make a splash herself as she posted a sexy workout video onto her Instagram account on Wednesday.   

The actress, 48, showed off her fabulous figure as she exercised by the pool for her fitness app, Brooke Burke Body.

Brooke wore a blue sports bra and tiny pair of shorts as she worked out her legs whilst on all fours upon a wooden deck by her pool.

The actress had a weight placed behind her knee as she did a variety of movements intended to enhance her backside. 

She also shared several photographs of herself mid-crunch and leg lift. 

There was no denying Brooke was the picture of fitness as she worked out in the sunshine with a smile on her face. 

In the caption, Brooke left a motivational message about devotion to health.

Brooke shared the workout post as her ex David was seen kissing model Oksana on the beaches of Miami on Wednesday.  

Brooke and David divorced in 2018 after seven years of marriage and two children together. 

The actress shares two children with David – daughter Heaven, 13, and son Shaya, 11, plus two children with her first husband, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Garth Fisher – daughters Neriah, 19, and Sierra Sky, 17. 

The pair have both moved on, as evident by David’s beach date with Oksana on Tuesday. 

Brooke is now dating realtor Scott Rigsby and the pair made their red carpet debut in November at Operation Smile’s Hollywood Fight Night event.
