Brody Jenner, 36, shared a loving Instagram post on Thursday featuring his big brother cuddling with him when he was only a baby to commemorate his 39th birthday.
‘Happy birthday big bro. Thanks for always being there for me,’ he captioned the sweet photos.

Missing from all the photos was Brody and Brandon’s other parent, Caitlyn Jenner.
In April, Brandon revealed in an essay published in the collection To Me, He Was Just Dad that he only saw Caitlyn about ‘half a dozen times between the ages eight and 25.’
Jenner divorced Thompson in 1986 and was married to Kris Kardashian from 1991–2015.
‘Sadly, the infrequent exchanges felt more like staged photo opportunities than real bonding,’ Brandon wrote. ‘In fact, they were stage photo ops for “family” Christmas cards.
‘After Dad met and married Kris, family became a business for him, and I stayed away for most of my teenage years. I didn’t want to be a part of their dynamic. I know now, though, that Dad was pretty unhappy in that house and felt like he wasn’t treated well,’ he continued.

Caitlyn later publicly admitted to being absent from her older children’s lives and attributed part of it to her depression due to not be out about her gender identity.
‘The big formative years for them, I was really struggling with these issues,’ she told Diane Sawyer on 20/20 in 2015.
‘I talked to all the boys about this after the fact, that, yeah, I didn’t do a good job. And I apologized to my kids for that.’
In the same interview, Brandon said the couple had mended their relationship.
‘We’re trying not to look back. We’re just looking forward,’ he said, and he later added that the two were now ‘close.’
