In her new statement by her lawyer, Blac Chyna is now suing the Kardashian-Jenner clan of racism, claiming it’s the reason why her show, Rob & Chyna, got cancelled.

And as she awaits the trial of the two-year-old lawsuit, the reality star spent her Sunday giving back.

The 32-year-old ensured all eyes were on her in her bright jumpsuit while giving some of the homeless community on Skid Row some goodie bags.

Chyna was dressed in yellow and walked around in a pair of $1000 taupe colored Louis Vuitton sneakers.

She accessorised with a $4,500 bumbag that featured the monogram design and a white belt around her waist.

The mother of Rob Kardashian’s daughter, Dream, three, styled her dark hair back into waves and a slicked back high ponytail.

The beauty has been promoting her Skid Row appearance on social media for much of the week.

‘Now more than ever it is crucial that we come together to help our most vulnerable communities,’ she began.

‘40% of America’s homeless population are African American. I have partnered with Bless It Bag to bring bags for men, women, and dogs filled with basic essentials to Skid Row this Sunday, June 7th!’

Chyna asked her fans to donate $15 via Venmo for the bags in the hope of handing out 500 on Sunday.

Her appearance comes after she accused the Kardashian-Jenner family of racism – calling that the reason her show Rob & Chyna didn’t get a second season.

In response to the claims, Kardashian family attorney Marty Singer tells DailyMail.com: ‘This is a 2 year old lawsuit in which Chyna has changed her defense more times than we can count.’

‘Sadly, unsurprising to anyone, she has stooped to a new low, changing her defense to try to leverage the emotions and pain of the moment, insulting the pain and suffering of real victims of racial injustice and systemic racism.’

Singer added: ‘We take these allegations very seriously and once again, there is no Rob & Chyna show if there is no Rob & Chyna.’

Neither NBC nor E! are listed as part of Chyna’s original lawsuit from two years ago, and the new claims have emerged in a new statement, not a new lawsuit, by her attorney.

Chyna’s ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian and his sister Kylie Jenner previously sued Chyna for battery charges after she allegedly tried to choke him by using phone charger cord.
