Big Brother fan-favourite Angela Clancy has revealed her very unlikely friendship with Hollywood actor Sam Worthington.
The 38-year-old reality star posted a throwback photo of herself and Sam, 43, on Instagram last year, revealing that the pair knew each other before he was cast in the 2009 blockbuster Avatar.
‘Sam Worthington was cast for Avatar and took to Hollywood #throwbacksunday #10yrsago #nolostlove,’ she wrote next to the happy snap.

She also shared a series of hashtags including ‘#mates’, ‘#hollywoodactor’ and ‘Perth’.
Angela is currently based in Perth, where Sam grew up.
These days, the actor lives a low-key lifestyle in the US with his model wife Lara Bingle and their three children.
It’s not the first time Angela has bragged about her glamorous lifestyle.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia last week, the glamazon said she’s never owned a credit card nor ever had to worry about money.
‘I work hard for my money, I’ve got a house and a holiday house down in Margaret River [Western Australia]. Whatever I have, I’ve earned it,’ the mother-of-two said.
‘If I can pamper myself, it’s not from a credit card, it’s money that I’ve worked hard for,’ Angela said of regularly treating herself to beauty treatments.

‘I spend a lot of money actually, my husband is always complaining,’ she laughed.
Angela jokingly added: ‘He says if we ever get a credit card, that’s the day we get divorced.’
Angela was raised in an affluent part of Kenya, before moving to Australia without her parents when she was just 17.
