Big Brother hunk Chad Hurst reveals what sparked his rumoured romance with co-star Sophie Budack 

It’s the Big Brother romance that has everyone talking.

And resident heartthrob Chad Hurst, 27, has revealed what sparked his rumoured relationship with co-star Sophie Budack, 25.

The international model, from Sydney’s Campbelltown, had nothing but compliments to say about the Darwin-based brunette beauty.

He told The Daily Telegraph on Friday: ‘She doesn’t showboat. Obviously she is very attractive, she reminds me a lot of Angelina Jolie with the same features, and I really like how athletic she is.’ 

Chad also said that they had instant chemistry in the house because of their shared sense of humour.  

‘We don’t take each other too seriously. We are not the loudest people in the room, which is why we got along so well.’

While fans will have to see when and how their budding romance develops, Chad has kept mum on their status. 

He cheekily hinted: ‘We are still in touch.’ 

But it seems it won’t be too long before fans can see their relationship grow.

In a sneak peek for an upcoming, which will air on Sunday, Sophie admits to Big Brother that she’s attracted to Chad.

The former gymnast and grid girl is sitting in the diary room when Big Brother asks: ‘What do you think of Chad?’ 

‘I can’t speak… but [the first time] I saw him I was like “hot damn”,’ she admitted.

Big Brother then asks Sophie to explain what she means by ‘hot damn’, leaving her red-faced. 

‘Stop it, I feel like I’m in school again,’ she added.

The sneak peek also revealed there will be a major twist this week and a shocking eviction, which will leave the housemates in tears.
