Big Brother encourages Daniel Gorringe to URINATE on a block of ice in front of housemates

A new low for reality TV? Big Brother encourages Daniel Gorringe to URINATE on a block of ice in front of the other housemates in a bizarre challenge

Big Brother’s latest challenge took an unexpected turn on Tuesday night when Daniel Gorringe was encouraged to urinate in front of the other housemates.

The contestants were tasked with retrieving a frozen flag from within a large ice block without moving or knocking it over and using only their bodies and clothing.

After two hours of slowly melting his block by blowing on it, the 27-year-old jokingly suggested urinating on it instead, which Big Brother encouraged.

At the start of the endurance challenge, Big Brother read the very strict rules.

‘For today’s challenge, you must retrieve a flag frozen within a large ice block. First person to wave their flag wins power to nominate three people,’ they stated.

‘You are not allowed to move or knock over your ice block. You are not permitted to use anything other than your body, or what is on your body, to melt the ice.’

‘He did say using only your body, so is peeing on it allowed or not?’ Daniel later joked to his fellow contestants, prompting Big Brother to respond to him directly.

‘Daniel, feel free to do what you may,’ Big Brother said.

The ex-footy player then proceeded to pull his shorts down, as his co-stars all promised to look away.

The episode then cut to a close-up shot of Daniel squatting in front of the ice block and taking aim.

However, he appeared to get stage fright and was unable to urinate. A few seconds later, he pulled his shorts back up and continued blowing on the ice.

‘It’s a case of mind over bladder,’ laughed Big Brother after Daniel failed to urinate.

Intruder Garth Saville ended up winning the challenge. He then nominated Angela Clancy, Kieran Davidson and Allan Liang for elimination.
