Big Brother Australia: Viewers point out obvious editing fail

Did you notice the Big Brother editing fail? Viewers point out glaringly obvious moment that spoiled Allan Liang’s eviction

Allan Liang became the second housemate evicted from Big Brother on Tuesday.

And although his early exit may have shocked the Sydney-based salesman, 31, many viewers predicted it from the start of the episode due to a glaring editing fail.

The majority of the episode focused around Allan’s confidence that he was going to stay in the house, making it obvious he was then going to be sent home.

Did you notice it? Big Brother Australia suffered an editing fail on Tuesday night as many fans already realised Allan Liang (pictured) was going to be evicted at the end of the episode

After Allan discovered he was up for eviction with Angela Clancy and Kieran Davidson, he genuinely believed with all of his heart that he’d be safe.

‘I feel calm that I’m up against Kieran, that ship is sinking. I feel that the house will save me because it’s Allan! Why get rid of me? I’m not a threat,’ he boasted.

It then kept cutting back to Allan making equally as confident statements. Host Sonia Kruger later quizzed him on his confidence, building up for the blow.

Jackie ‘O’ Henderson pointed out the blunder on KISS FM on Wednesday morning, along with many viewers across Twitter and Facebook.

‘It was obvious he was going to go, that was my only thing,’ Jackie explained on Wednesday’s The Kyle & Jackie O Show.

‘It was all gearing up for Allan to leave because they kept focusing on how confident he was about not going. Then Sonia [Kruger] kept pushing him on it, asking “How confident are you out of 10?”. I knew this guy was going for sure.’

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia on Tuesday, Allan said he was convinced producers wouldn’t get rid of him so early into the season, and that the eviction was fake.

It was only when he was directed towards the front door and led to a chauffeur driven car waiting to take him home, he finally realised his fate.

‘When Sonia said the vote it was like I was frozen and didn’t know what was going on. I just thought it was a fake eviction,’ Allan admitted.

‘I thought, “You know what? I better not blow up and show [the housemates] what the real Allan is about”. And that I better bite my tongue. How I was around the other housemates and how I was in the diary room was two completely different people.’
