The publication claimed some of the 20 housemates on the Channel Seven show have not been impressed by their ‘edits’.

‘They’re shocked none of their softer moments or team bonding is shown,’ a source claimed of the footage making it to prime time.

‘Garth [Saville] has slammed the show because he thinks it has no heart, and Dan [Gorringe] has stopped watching altogether,’ they added.

Talia Rycroft, who was evicted in episode four as the show’s ‘villain’, also told Daily Mail Australia at the time of her booting that she was unhappy with ‘unfair editing’.

She claimed some of her co-stars felt her portrayal on the reboot was ‘fake’ and ‘highly edited’.

The 22-year-old said: ‘I’m a bit shocked watching it all back – but that’s the power of reality TV.’

Talia said she was also upset many of her fun moments pranking housemates never made it to air on the series.

‘There is so much hate out there, but I want people to know I’m not that type of person,’ she said.
