Bec Hewitt and her mini-me daughter Ava, nine, go shopping hand-in-hand in Melbourne

Bec and Lleyton Hewitt’s children are growing up fast.  

Former Home and Away star Bec was spotted doing a spot of shopping with her mini-me daughter Ava, nine, in Melbourne over the weekend. 

The 36-year-old looked every inch the doting mum as she held hands with Ava while heading to a local grocer. 

Staying cosy in the cooler weather, Bec donned a polka-dot Adidas hoodie with navy blue Nike track pants. 

She styled the laidback ensemble with a dark blue Mercedes-Benz cap and white Adidas sneakers. 

Bec went makeup free for the casual outing, pulling her blonde hair into a low ponytail. 

Following in her mother’s footsteps, Ava wore a grey Nike shirt and navy blue bike pants. 

The pair chatted happily as they stopped by the grocery store, checking out the selection of fresh vegetables. 

Bec shares Ava and her two other children, son Cruz, 11, and 14-year-old daughter Mia, 14, with tennis star Lleyton Hewitt. 

When Bec married Lleyton, 39, she was a soap actress and pop star, but she quit her entertainment career after becoming a mother. 

She briefly returned to television in 2018 to host Nine travel show Hello World. 

The Hewitts are currently based in Melbourne where they own a $12.7million mansion, having previously lived in the Bahamas. 

The Georgian-style mansion is in the upmarket suburb of Toorak, which they’ve lived in since June 2017.
