Bachelor in Paradise star Ciarran Stott looks ready to let off some steam as he heads to the gym

He’s the biggest star in Paradise, known for his cheeky charm and way with the ladies.

And on Monday, Ciarran Stott appeared to be ready to let off some steam as he ventured to his local gym in Melbourne for a workout.  

The 26-year-old tattooed hunk looked every inch the reality star in a grey printed hoodie on top of a red t-shirt and compression leggings. 

Upon stepping out of his Toyota, Ciarran was seen glaring into the distance before he placed his gym bag on the floor. 

He appeared to be rocking a darker, undercut style hairdo which he kept tamed underneath a black cap, which he wore backwards.

The sighting comes ahead of Tuesday night’s episode of Bachelor in Paradise, which sees Ciarran reach boiling point. 

In the latest teaser for the reality series, he threatens to leave the show after a dramatic confrontation with his ex-girlfriend, Renee Barrett, at what appears to be a banquet-style dinner. 

‘F**k this, this is bullsh*t,’ Ciarran says, getting up from the table and walking away from the cameras during the emotional reunion. 

Renee also gets upset, as the pair leave the rest of the cast in shock. 

‘I just really can’t do it,’ Renee says, struggling to regain her composure after the dramatic incident. 

‘I’m holding in secrets all the time and I can’t,’ she added tearfully. The drama between the former lovers upsets the rest of the cast.

Bachelor In Paradise continues Tuesday at 7.30pm on Channel Ten
