Ashlee Simpson grabs takeout with hubby Evan Ross

Ashlee Simpson was spotted this week grabbing some takeout in Los Angeles with her husband Evan Ross.

The sister of Jessica Simpson waited safely behind in the car as the son of Diana Ross emerged with a mask and gloves to collect their food.

Sweeping her blonde hair back out of her face Ashlee, 35, could be seen sitting the passenger seat as Evan, 31, took the wheel.

Although he was only briefly surfacing from lockdown amid the coronavirus pandemic Evan made sure to remain true to his sense of style.

The brother of Tracee Ellis Ross slipped into a pair of pinstriped trousers with a tee and clasped on a couple of gleaming necklaces for his outing.

Ashlee has two children – son Bronx, 11, by her ex-husband Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy fame and daughter Jagger, four, by Evan.

This week she shared a sweet Instagram snap of herself enjoying ‘QUARANTINE CUDDLES’ with her French bulldog Bama.

Earlier she had posted a heartwarming photo of Jagger beaming as she wore a pair of bunny ears just days after Easter.

In February before the lockdowns began Ashlee used her Instagram to promote Jessica’s dishy new memoir Open Book.

When the autobiography hit the number one spot on the New York Times bestseller list Ashlee exuberantly congratulated her sister.

Verified I am so very proud of my beautiful, brave, kind, loving sister!!!’ wrote Ashlee alongside a picture of the book cover.
