Arnold Schwarzenegger and his girlfriend Heather Milligan ride bikes by the beach in Los Angeles
Arnold Schwarzenegger has been spending a lot of his downtime biking through Los Angeles amid the pandemic for both exercise and sanity.
On Sunday, Arnold, 73, was joined by his girlfriend of five years, physical therapist Heather Milligan, 45, and another pal as they rode along Ocean avenue in Santa Monica.
The group was dressed for leisure as they caught a glimpse of the beach.

For the outing, Arnold kept it very casual in a pair of loafers and lightweight blue shorts.
He threw a grey t-shirt on top, showing off his sculpted arms as he rode with a black face mask with white writing to protect himself.
He topped off the look with slicked back hair and a pair of stylish sunglasses as he enjoyed the weekend with friends.
Trailing in the back was Heather decked out in an all black ensemble.

She sported spandex leggings and a black windbreaker, making sure she had a solid pair of sneakers on as she rode her bike.
Heather protected herself from the sun with a blue and black baseball cap and a pair of sunglasses, not skimping on the mask wearing even as she rode her bike.
The pair who are pretty lowkey about their relationship were first linked back in 2013 when they were spotted kissing.

Since then the two have had an enduring bond, with some crediting her interest in the world of fitness and sports as a binding factor, as she runs a practice that specializes in sports medicine.
The two also share a love of animals, as she posts photos of Arnold and his exotic pets who she loves dearly, especially his mini donkey Lulu.
The two frequently spend their weekends bike riding around before returning to Arnold’s palatial Westside estate to chill.

Recently, Arnold had a big few weeks as his sons Christopher and Joseph Baena turned 23, less than a week apart from each other as he took to his Instagram to wish them both a happy birthday.
Arnold’s extramarital affair with the family’s former housekeeper – Joseph’s mother – Mildred Baena, came to light in 2011.
Arnold and Maria have four kids Katherine, 30, Christina, 29, Patrick, 26 and Christopher, 23.
Just yesterday, Arnold was spotted out going for a bike ride with Joseph around Santa Monica, as the former Governor tries to spend equal amounts of time doing activities with all his kids.
