But Anton Du Beke’s Fit At 50 tutorial on Friday was interrupted, as his adorable twins, Henrietta and George, two, crashed the session at the very end.
As Anton, 53, was about to sign off after the 30 minute workout, a little voice could be heard coming into the living room.

‘Oh hello we’ve got a small person wandering in!’ Anton said, as his son ran into the room. ‘Georgie, do you want to say goodbye to everybody?’
George came and sat with his father, who said: ‘Say thank you very much, nice to see you, see you tomorrow!’
But then another voice could be heard, calling: ‘Wait for me!’
‘Oh we’ve got the whole lot – this is real life. Say cheerio!’ said Anton as his daughter Harriet appeared.

The sweet twins started running around the room as Anton waved his subscribers goodbye.
The dancer has revealed he hopes Strictly Come Dancing will go ahead this autumn, despite the current health crisis.
The future of many British TV shows currently hang in the balance due to the coronavirus pandemic, which has brought about strict social distancing rules.
But on Wednesday’s Good Morning Britain, the professional dancer said he’s optimistic about the competition series’ return, insisting there’s ‘contingencies available with timings’.

When asked about whether the BBC show will hit screens in the coming months, the choreographer claimed: ‘When [Strictly] comes back, everyone will be ready for it and it will be a wonderful thing to do.’
The media personality went on to detail the possible options producers could take, explaining: ‘The pros don’t start until August. The celebrities don’t get involved until the beginning of September and the live shows start a bit further into September.
‘So I suppose there’s a bit of contingency there that we can push the whole thing back and we can forgo the group dance rehearsals and pick them up during the week or something like that.
‘There are some contingencies available I think with timings. There’s a bit of flexibility. Hopefully we’ll be able to do some studio stuff by then and the lockdown will be over and then we can sort of crack on.’

Admitting plans are still up in the air, the dance expert added: ‘But no one knows anything yet because the lockdown is still going on, but I think there are some things available to everybody.’
When host Susanna Reid highlighted that dancers would have to dance at a two-metre distance if the current restrictions are still in place, Anton quipped: ‘If you dance with Brendan Cole you probably want to dance 2 metres apart from him. I’m joking. I’m watching him on Celebrity SAS. He’s terribly manly!’
The TV star also shared his thoughts on fellow pros Kevin Clifton and AJ Pritchard’s departure, confessing he was left shocked when they made their announcements earlier this year.
‘I was surprised, I didn’t see it coming at all’, he said. ‘They are such massive parts of the show, as is everybody.

‘But I haven’t really got anything to say about it because I haven’t spoken to them about it.
‘I’m sad they have gone because I’m going to miss them, as will everyone, because they are both absolutely wonderful.
‘But you know what they say about one door closes, another one opens. We will get a couple of new guys in as we have done over the years, a couple of others will join the family and away we go.’

Last month, sources claimed Strictly may go ahead without its usual studio audience cheering on the performers.
Comparing the series to RuPaul’s Drag Race during a virtual production meeting, BBC’s director of content Charlotte Moore said: ‘People think if it is a shiny floor it needs an audience and I don’t think that’s necessarily true.’
The Strictly set-up has included a live audience since the show first aired back in 2004, when it was fronted by Tess Daly and Bruce Forsyth, who retired from the show and was replaced by Claudia Winkleman from 2014.
