Amir Khan and his wife Faryal Makhdoom welcome a baby boy… as the boxer reveals they have named the tot Muhammad Zaviyar Khan
Amir Khan and wife Faryal Makhdoom have welcomed their third child, a son named Muhammad Zaviyar Khan.
The boxer took to Instagram to announce the happy news on Saturday, with a snap cradling the newborn.
The pair are already proud parents to daughters Lamaisah, five, and Alayna, 21 months, and announced they were expecting their third child in August.

In the caption Amir wrote: ‘My beautiful Son Muhammad Zaviyar Khan was born today 22/02/20 weighing 7lbs 12oz.’
Along with ‘#dadofthree’ and ‘#blessed,’ Amir also shared the hashtag ‘alhamdulillah’ which is Arabic for Praise Be To God.
Last week Faryal took to Instagram to share a snap of her baby bump, as she hinted to fans that her son’s arrival was just days away.

She captioned the snap: ‘Hey guys! This will probably be my last baby bump picture before I give birth.

Amir, 33, and Faryal, 28, revealed they were expecting their third child in August, in a cute video that also doubled up as a gender reveal.
Announcing the happy news, Faryal, dressed in silk pyjamas, said: ‘Guys, we’re expecting our third child. We are so excited and nervous.’
An excited Amir then punched a black balloon which burst open to reveal blue confetti for a baby boy.

The excited couple cheered and hugged as they celebrated the latest addition to their family, and their first son.
Referencing their tougher times, the boxer said that the couple have been through ‘thick and thin’, but claimed that Faryal always manages to find a solution during a gushing birthday tribute.
The pair have been together for nine years and they tied the knot in a romantic ceremony in 2013.
Their relationship has been marred by rumours of infidelity and they split briefly in 2017 while Faryal was pregnant with their second child.
Amir, who is worth £23million, had announced the couple’s split in August 2017 in a tweet that read: ‘So me and the wife Faryal have agreed to split. I’m currently in Dubai. Wish her all the best’.
