Amanda Kloots asks fans to still wear a mask and ‘continue to take this seriously’ on the three-month anniversary of Nick Cordero’s death

Amanda Kloots shared a heartfelt message to her fans on the three-month anniversary of losing her husband Nick Cordero to COVID-19.

Kloots, 36, shared a throwback snap of her and Cordero in happier times, while acknowledging she lost her husband exactly three months ago.

She also issued an impassioned plea for everyone to continue to take the COVID-19 pandemic seriously and continue to wear a mask.

‘I love you so much baby. It’s been three months today since you’ve passed. The 5ths will always be a bit tough for me,’ the fitness expert began.

‘Not a day goes by that you aren’t thought about and missed,’ she added of her husband.

‘Nick passed away three months ago, but COVID took my husband April 1, which is seven months ago,’ she clarified.

While her husband passed away on July 5, she added that she really lost him seven months ago.

‘I realized that the other day, Elvis and I lost him seven months ago. Once he went on the ventilator he never came back,’ she said. 

‘It weird to think we’ve been on our own for that long already. Please wear a mask. Please continue to be take this seriously,’ Kloots concluded.

Kloots’ post comes just a day after she shared photos from her beach day with her 16-month son Elvis.

‘Family day to the beach. Elvis LOVED the ocean today!’  Kloots began in her Instagram post on Sunday.

‘He held my hand for the first time (��) walking into the ocean because he was scared but then ended up jumping in the waves!’ she added.

Kloots and Cordero were married in a formal ceremony in September 2017, with their son Elvis born in June 2019.

Cordero was first diagnosed with COVID-19 in March, with the Broadway actor having his leg amputated in April due to complications from the virus before he passed away in July.
