She’s joined much of California in lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.

And Alicia Silverstone opted for a laid-back look as she took her dogs for a walk in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

The former Clueless star, 43, opted to go mask-free for the outing as she chatted to a male companion during the stroll.

Alicia cut a relaxed figure in a pale pink t-shirt and comfy blue tracksuit bottoms as she walked her dog in the warm weather.

The star was seen chatting to a male companion during the outing as they both enjoyed some exercise in the midst of the US quarantine.

Much of California and its film and TV industry has been ground to a halt in recent weeks due to the COVID-19 crisis.

Alicia, who once told Graham Norton her dogs are vegan, shares son Bear Blu with her ex-husband, S.T.U.N. singer Christopher Jarecki.

Last week she posted a sweet Instagram album to celebrate her son’s ninth birthday as they hunker down at home amid the coronavirus pandemic.

‘I can’t believe Bear Blu was born 9 years ago today! I feel like the luckiest mama ever!’ she gushed in her caption.

‘I have savored all of the magic that he is. My heart breaks as he grows and I lose my baby. I am so proud of the little man he is becoming.’

The pictures in the album included sweet snaps of Alicia cuddling her son in bed and cradling him in the sunlit backyard.

She credited the images in her album to photographer Amy Neunsinger, whose husband Shawn Gold used to be CMO of MySpace.

Alicia told People of her son this year: ‘Because of the healthy lifestyle that we lead, he didn’t go through terrible twos and terrible threes.’

She said: ‘The most I have to say is: ‘No thank you, Bear.’ And he goes: ‘Okay.’…That’s my reprimanding. And he’s got it. Because he respects me and I respect him.’

In her 2014 self-help book The Kind Mama, Alicia was critical of ‘a rigorous one-size-fits-all, shoot-’em-up schedule’ of vaccinations for children.
