Abby Lee Miller, 53, looks youthful as she enjoys lunch after debuting her face and neck lift earlier this month

She recently debuted a svelter version of her face after undergoing a face and neck lift.

And Dance Moms’ Abby Lee Miller looked youthful as she went out for lunch in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

The 53-year-old reality personality and cancer survivor appeared healthy, relaxing in her mobility chair while enjoying a fruity looking beverage.

Abby Lee was dressed in all black, topping things off with a matching Prada baseball hat. Nike shoes, a silver bracelet, smart watch and rectangular earrings completed the look.

After winning a long cancer battle, Abby decided to adopt brand new look. 

Miller showed off the results of her face and neck lift, giving her a slimmer look during episode of The Doctors earlier this month.

In stunning before and after comparison photos, Miller’s side profile looks nearly unrecognizable. 

Miller, with her hair down, showed off her new profile in an after shot, with her jaw clearly defined, her chin appearing more pronounced and her cheeks lifted.  

It is definitely a big change from the before photo.

With a video of her taking a few steps, she wrote ‘Faith is taking the first step even if you don’t see the whole staircase.’

In another she stands between two support bars, on her own, with her hands out, writing ‘jazz hands.’ 

Her oncologist Dr. Piro shares that 10 percent to 20 percent chance the cancer has returned, and delivers the results of her latest scans on-air.

Since her cancer diagnosis and subsequent surgeries last year Abby has been temporarily paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair.

Abby will be on the reunion special of Dance Moms on Lifetime.

She certainly has been struggling with being in a wheelchair.

In July she fell out of her wheelchair when trying to fly on American Airlines. She complained there was not enough assistance.  

Abby was diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma, a form of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, in April 2018 and has been cancer-free for the past six months.

The star has since returned to her hit show and said in April this year that if all goes to plan, she’ll be able to walk by the end of July.
